What is the best way to segregate my waste?: The critical component to successful recycling is clear and easy to read signage. A bin after all is just a means of disposing of your waste but if the signage is misleading, difficult to understand or missing then it is inevitable that there will be contamination. We provide bespoke signs for all our customers, tailor-made with the exact items of packaging so it is extremely simple for anyone to dispose of their waste in the correct wastes stream.
Do I have to enter into a contract?: No - we want you to be happy with our service at all times and we feel a contract restricts our customers to explore their options at all times. We only ask that you adhere to a code of practice that sets out from the beginning how we operate.
How does our pricing work?: Very simple, we only charge you for the collection of each bin. So long as the bin lid closes shut we deem that as one bin. If for whatever reason you have many more bags of waste to collect then this would be charged as an additional collection. There are no contamination fees or weight charges or administration fees. Furthermore we don't charge a monthly subscription or contract.
